Your customers already care what their car is worth.

Now that can include a measured paint record, created at the sale or at service, that adds value to their car and to your dealership.

What already determines resale value
  • Low mileage
  • One owner
  • Clean vehicle history report
  • Full-service records
  • Measured paint conditionAutoentic

A new kind of line on your menu.

A measured paint record isn't something you add to the car — it's the car itself, documented. Its value shows up where every car is eventually judged: at resale. It fits new-car delivery and the service lane equally.

New-car delivery

  • New revenue on the delivery itself, with nothing to stock or install
  • The buyer drives off with the car's paint measured and on record, something other dealerships don't hand over

Service visit

  • Added revenue on appointments already on the books, for minutes of work
  • Nothing to diagnose and nothing to fix: any car can be measured, on any visit

One measured reading, saved to the VIN

New-car sales

No car is more certainly factory-original than one you haven't sold yet.

That makes new-car delivery the ideal time to measure the paint and save it to the VIN. The thickness you record is the surest baseline there is, the reference every later reading is measured against. Your dealership is the one that recorded it.

Service department

It isn't a repair. It's a record the customer keeps.

A repair depends on the car needing something. A paint reading doesn't. There's nothing to diagnose and nothing the customer has to decide they need. It just documents the car's paint, panel by panel, and saves it to the VIN as a record they keep for good.

This is the Paint Passport.

It's the car's paint, measured panel by panel and saved to the VIN. Now it sits on file with the title, mileage, and history, checkable like everything else about the car.

What this proves and what it doesn't

We report what we measured at each inspection, with explicit uncertainty bounds. We never claim “guaranteed factory original.” Read the full methodology at how it works.

Single rooftops typically start on Starter or Growth; service drives, regional chains, and dealer groups are quoted via Volume or Enterprise. Every tier is below — the price is the price.

Pricing that fits your volume.

Lite, Starter, and Growth are self-serve at the price shown; Volume and Enterprise are quoted directly. The only thing that ever varies is overage: a flat per-inspection charge past your monthly allowance, billed as its own line.

Your first 90 days have no subscription, starting when you pair your first probe. It's a genuine no-subscription window, not a discounted trial that quietly steps up.

Your measurements generate the leads — so here's what you earn on every one. A flat platform fee, the same in every bracket.

Lead fees

You pay a lead fee only when a lead is routed to you.

When a vehicle is measured at a dealer and the owner wants follow-up work, that lead can be routed to you. The lead fee scales with the vehicle's value, in four brackets. The bracket is set automatically from the VIN; if the VIN can't be decoded, the lead is billed as Standard.

Premium$70

How leads are routed

Leads are routed by proximity, your current capacity, your response time, and your territory. Autoentic connects you with the lead and runs the measurement and certificate platform — what happens with the lead after that is yours to run.

Platform fee

One flat platform fee: 18% of every lead fee.

No tiers, no exceptions, no gradient. Autoentic takes 18% of the lead fee; the rest goes to the dealer whose measurement generated the lead. Because the fee is flat, the dealer's earnings per vehicle are a fixed amount in each bracket — the same whether the lead is accepted by a large operation or a one-bay shop.

Getting started

No subscription for your launch period.

Your Autoentic launch period

You don't pay a subscription for your first 90 days — beginning when you pair your first probe — or until your first 10 accepted (paid) leads — whichever comes first. After that, your tier subscription begins. This is a no-subscription window, not a discounted rate: the platform fee is a flat 18% throughout, and it does not change when the launch period ends.

DeFelsko's device return window

Separately, and unrelated to the launch period: the DeFelsko probe carries a 30-day manufacturer return window. That window is set by DeFelsko, not Autoentic.

Equipment is a one-time purchase — see hardware on the main For Businesses page.
