Walk-in redemption

A walk-in customer arrives at your shop with a reference code from their booking email. You look up the code on the partner dashboard, confirm the booking matches the person in front of you, and mark it redeemed. The customer is notified automatically.

Before you start

Step-by-step

  1. Open the redemption page. Go to autoentic.com/partner/redeem. The page title reads Redeem walk-in.

  2. Enter the reference code. Type the code into the lookup form and tap Look up. The page returns the booking details — customer email, booking type, status.

  3. Confirm the details match the customer. Check that the email on the booking matches the customer you have in front of you, and that the tier they paid for matches what they're asking for.

  4. Tap Redeem. The page shows a success message. The customer receives a confirmation email within seconds.

What you'll see when it works

A success toast appears on the redemption page. The booking row on autoentic.com/partner/bookings moves to the completed state, and the customer's inbox gets a confirmation email with their reference code.

Redemption is one-way

Once you tap Redeem, the dashboard can't undo it. If you redeemed the wrong booking, contact Autoentic partnerships — don't try to redeem a second code to compensate.
